Suboxone for Opioid Use Disorder in Washington State

Online Buprenorphine Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder

Opioid use disorder is treatable. Buprenorphine (Suboxone) is one of the most effective medications available — and through Bayani Health & Wellness, you can access physician-managed buprenorphine treatment privately, from home, without visiting a clinic or involving your insurance.

What Is Opioid Use Disorder?

Opioid use disorder (OUD) is a medical condition involving compulsive use of opioids — including prescription pain medications, heroin, or illicitly produced fentanyl — despite harmful consequences. Like alcohol use disorder, OUD is a brain disease, not a character flaw.

OUD can affect anyone. Many of our patients are employed professionals who became dependent on prescription opioids following surgery or for chronic pain, and have since found themselves unable to stop without significant withdrawal and cravings. Effective, evidence-based medical treatment is available — and can be managed entirely through telehealth.

How We Treat Opioid Use Disorder

Buprenorphine is a partial opioid agonist that reduces cravings, prevents withdrawal symptoms, and blocks the effects of other opioids. When formulated with naloxone (as Suboxone), it is the gold-standard medication for opioid use disorder — endorsed by major medical organizations and supported by decades of research. At Bayani Health, buprenorphine is prescribed and managed by a licensed physician with experience in addiction medicine. Your prescription is filled through a Washington State pharmacy of your choice.

Once you are stable on buprenorphine and maintaining recovery, your physician will begin introducing the additional layer of Bayani Health's program: personalized nutrition guidance and a movement prescription tailored to your current health and goals. These are physician-directed tools for long-term brain and body recovery.

Is This Program Right for You?

Our opioid use disorder treatment program may be a strong fit if you:

  • Are using opioids and want to stop or significantly reduce use
  • Have tried to stop before and experienced severe cravings or withdrawal
  • Want physician-managed buprenorphine treatment you can access from home
  • Need treatment to remain completely private — from your employer, insurer, or community
  • Prefer a whole-person medical approach over a 12-step or group-based program

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at hello@bayanihealth.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

This is a common concern — and a common misconception. Buprenorphine is a medication that stabilizes brain chemistry, eliminates withdrawal symptoms, and removes the compulsive cycle of opioid use. Patients on buprenorphine are able to function normally, return to work and family life, and pursue long-term recovery — outcomes that are extremely difficult without medication support. The medical consensus is clear: buprenorphine saves lives and significantly improves recovery outcomes.

The duration of treatment is individualized. Some patients remain on buprenorphine long-term, which is medically appropriate and supported by evidence. Others taper off over time when stable. Your physician will help you understand your options based on your clinical situation — without pressure in either direction.

If you pay out of pocket, no insurance claim is filed. Substance use disorder treatment records are protected under 42 CFR Part 2 — a federal law that provides stricter confidentiality than standard HIPAA. Your records cannot be shared with other providers, employers, or insurers without your explicit written consent.

Your physician will discuss this with you directly. Buprenorphine's partial agonist properties significantly reduce — and in many cases block — the effect of additional opioids. If you use while in treatment, we work with you to understand the circumstances and adjust your plan. We do not discharge patients for relapse.
