How Our Online Addiction Treatment Program Works
1. Schedule a telehealth consultation.
Meet privately with our addiction medicine specialist physician via a secure video visit to review your health, symptoms, and goals. An in-person visit is scheduled when appropriate.
2. Receive a personalized treatment plan.
If appropriate, you'll begin online addiction treatment. Once past the induction phase, you'll receive a plant-based nutrition plan and exercise prescription, tailored to your needs. Don't worry if you're not a vegetarian or you don't exercise regularly - we'll meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.
3. Get ongoing follow-up and support.
Regular virtual follow-ups allow us to adjust treatment and support progress. Between visits, you can text or call your physicians directly. You're not navigating recovery alone.
