At Bayani Health, we use a self-pay model designed to make high-quality, physician-led online addiction treatment accessible, private, and flexible.
Below you’ll find clear information about our fees and what’s included in your care.
Fees apply to our physician-led online addiction treatment program.
Session Fees
Fees listed below are for one adult patient (ages 18-80).
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $100. This fee begins your care and includes your initial comprehensive assessment with our addiction medicine physician.
Online Addiction Treatment
$450 per 2-month session
Treatment is structured in 2-month sessions to support stability and continuity of care. Each session includes:
- Evaluation by a physician specializing in addiction medicine
- Evidence-based medication-assisted treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder or Opioid Use Disorder, when appropriate
- Follow-up visits
- All physician visits via secure telehealth video
- Medication management and care planning
- A personalized nutrition plan designed to support overall health and recovery
- A customized exercise prescription that is tailored to your life and fitness level
- Ongoing communication with your physician and care team via telephone, secure text messaging, or patient portal
Although prescriptions will be provided to you when appropriate, medication costs are separate. No insurance is required. There are no co-pays, per-visit charges, or hidden fees.
This model allows us to focus on your care rather than insurance requirements or visit limits and gives you the flexibility to engage with treatment in a way that fits your life.

Payment & Session Structure
- Sessions last 2 months, during which your physician monitors progress, adjusts treatment as needed, and supports your goals.
- You can choose to continue care with us beyond one session based on your needs and discussions with your physician. There is no long-term obligation — treatment is collaborative and flexible.
- Payment is collected upfront when you enroll and before your first telehealth visit.
Getting Started
Ready to begin? Schedule your first appointment or call/text 253-389-4881 to get enrolled. You'll then complete a secure intake form, and have your initial telehealth visit with our licensed addiction medicine physician.
From there, we’ll create a customized care plan that makes sense for you.
